From here, you can add new user as shown on the following image. To add a new user click on the Add new User button.
When you click on the the Add new user button, you get the following screen. Fill out the form. User Type is essential to set the user as admin or employee. So, make sure to choose from the options. Now the user can login using their respective credentials.

Answer: Unlimited users.
