How do I send emails using a custom email template to my customer?

Using the CloudOnex business suite, you can use a custom email template to send emails to your customer.

Go to the customer view page, then select the "Email" tab. Click on the "Choose from Template"

Now you can choose from your pre-made templates. If you need to add a new template, you can do so from Settings -> Email Templates.
